REQUESTS FOR JUDGING

Requests for judgment by VKC must be addressed by the organizing party to the Board of VKC by letter, at least three months before the actual date of the activity.

Depending on the nature of the judgement minimum requirements must be met.

HOW TO ACT AS PARTICIPANT?

1. Preparations at home

   - Find the exhibition you like to participate to
     (See Calendar)
   - Check prize programme at the organising exhibition (how many pots/stems) or check their  website.
   - Carefully choose your products;
   - Let them come into the optimal flowering stage
   - Uniformity in flowers and shape is important
   - Enter your products with the organisation

2. Delivery

   - Make clear appointments about delivery.

3. Flowering stage of a product and judgement criteria

4. Results and press releases

  -  Results can be found at the VKC website page RESULTS
  -  Results per participant, product group or event can be found at this spot
  -  VKC sends press releases to the local floricultural press
  -  For an article for the local press, please contact VKC.
