Judgements Annual Summer Flowers at Happy Summer®

In 2011 VKC takes care of judgements of all annual summer flowers offered for planting at the Happy Summer® Inspiration Garden by breeders. The initiators of Happy Summer® happy to be able to gurarantee the professionality of the judgements. The cooperation was realised through intensive deliberations.
The objective judgement of annual summer flowers gets an extra dimension for the floricultural trade with this guarantueed professionality. This comprises all parts in the chain, which also include the internationally orientated breeders, who have sent in a great number of varieties. Also the Gold Medal winners of Fleuroselect are planted anew.
For chain parties this is literally a source of inspiration, all the more because the general public may not only visit the garden, but are also stimulated to give their opinion. Thus the whole chain can profit from consumer information from the first hand.
As to make the garden more interesting for the soncumer and also to generate feedback, a great number of initiatives has been taken to inform the public during the Happy Summer® Inspiration weekend on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 June from 11.00 to 17.00 hours. Breeders will show their newest varieties in market stalls and inform the public.
