Clematis as a flowering house plant..... It is possible. Clematis 'Evipo045' Tai Yang is growing very compactly and richly flowering and mentioned for the use as house plant. The developing seed clusters are also beautiful, which makes it attractive even after flowring. Hopefully this cultivar has this quality too.
